Host rules
GENERAL RULES A few things to know before you book. We want you to enjoy the space and help us keep it ready for everyone who gathers here. - No smoking or alcohol is permitted. - Up to 25 guests may attend your event. - Your reservation time includes setup and breakdown, so please plan accordingly. - Please keep noise at a respectful level for neighboring professionals. - Access is limited to the reserved event space, kitchen/sink area, and restrooms. - Tables and chairs may be rearranged for your event but must be returned and properly stored before leaving. - Please remove all food, beverages, personal belongings, trash, and event materials at the end of your reservation. - No animals, with the exception of service animals. Required documentation must be provided at least 72 hours before your event. - Please leave the space clean and ready for the next guest. - Overtime is billed at $225 per additional hour. Treat it like your space while you're here and help us leave it ready to serve. Damage & Property: The person who books the space is responsible for the care of The Clinicians Spot during the reservation and for any damage caused by their guests or event activities. Any damage to the space, furniture, equipment, or property may result in additional charges for repair or replacement.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their Booking until 8 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (minus processing fees) of their Booking Price. Guests that cancel their Booking between 7 days and 5 days before the event start time receive a 50% refund (excluding processing fees) of their booking price. Cancellations submitted less than 4 days before the event start time are not refundable. All Bookings are subject to a grace period which provides a full refund for bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a booking confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Health and Safety Measures
A CLEAN + COMFORTABLE SPACE We want you and your guests to feel comfortable while you're here! The Clinicians Spot is cleaned and sanitized regularly, with special attention given to shared and high-touch areas. We simply ask that you help us keep the space welcoming for everyone by cleaning up after your event, disposing of trash, and returning tables, chairs, and other items to their proper places. If you're not feeling well, we encourage you to take care of yourself and reschedule when appropriate. Our goal is simple: a clean, comfortable, professional space that's ready for you—and ready for whoever comes next.
